 You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Grand Hyatt Kuwait's strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations.
 
 
 The Spa Manager is responsible to provide hands on support and guidance ensuring the spa and wellness offerings and experiences position the spa as a leading luxury wellness destination. You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a long lasting relationship with the spa.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel and display strong traits in the following areas:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience as a manager in a luxury spa.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar luxury operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Completed an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience of performing massage and beauty treatments at a resort/hotel spa is preferable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set that thrives in fast pace environments and problem solving
 </li>
 </ul>

 What You Will Do

 Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and properly oriented to the locker room and spa facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold the Four Seasons&rsquo; commitment to excellence by providing genuine, anticipatory, and personalized service.

 What You Bring

 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or resort.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

 <li>
 Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on operational needs.
