Summary</b></p><p>
The Investment Services Representative will be the front-line communications specialist to resource members and</p><p>
affiliates of the Evangelical Covenant Church as they inquire about investment and borrowing solutions with NCP. A</p><p>
qualified candidate will be knowledgeable of IRAs, HSAs, and Certificate of Investments and will have experience or</p><p>
ability to learn basic accounting principles. This role will advance NCP&rsquo;s mission by ensuring excellent service and</p><p>

Essential Functions</b></p><p>
? Full Time; Monday through Friday; 8:30am -5:00pm in office hours; 95% of customer interaction through</p><p>

? Engage in a professional, hospitable, and courteous manner in NCP&rsquo;s electronic, phone and on occasion inperson</p><p>
communication. This position is the first point of contact for NCP account holders.</p><p>
? Expedite customer requests received by direct mail; email and phone for incoming funds to customer</p><p>
accounts; open new accounts, process IRA contributions, loan payments, and daily deposit.</p><p>
? Formulate, manage and maintain paperwork received through direct mail, email and from the customer online</p><p>
portal. Produce and distribute new investment letters, and general customer investment information.</p><p>
? Maintain office&rsquo;s database and data storage systems through data entry and data filing protocols.</p><p>

Requirements:

proficiency in computer and internet technology. Experience in or ability to learn basic accounting principles</p><p>
Preferred: 2-3 years in a support role, including experience in an office environment with heavy telephone and</p><p>
email customer service capabilities. Must currently hold or be able to pass Series 63 Securities exam (within 90</p><p>
