Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee and execute mechanical site works on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering coordination, project documentation, site supervision, design verification, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Initiate and maintain project documentation, records, material submittals, RFIs, and RFQs.</li><li>Review and verify designs and specifications, and promptly notify the Project Manager of any discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.</li><li>Attend project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).</li><li>Attend site inspections and coordinate with consultants and authorities as required.</li><li>Supervise mechanical works on site, including manpower allocation and productivity monitoring.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for obtaining quotations, technical submissions, and drawing reviews.</li><li>Ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant international standards.</li><li>Perform engineering calculations and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Technical RequirementsThe candidate must possess sound knowledge and practical experience in:<ul><li>Thermal Load Calculations</li><li>Duct Sizing Calculations</li><li>External Static Pressure (ESP) Calculations</li><li>Fan Selection and Fan Sizing Calculations</li><li>Hydraulic Calculations</li><li>Pipe Sizing Calculations</li><li>International Plumbing Code (IPC)</li><li>ASHRAE Standards</li><li>NFPA Standards</li><li>AutoCAD</li><li>Microsoft Word and Excel</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in an Electromechanical (MEP) Company.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage site activities independently.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 10,000 &ndash; 14,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)</li><li>Performance Review and Salary Evaluation every 2 years</li><li>Return Air Ticket every 2 years</li><li>Annual Leave Salary: One month's basic salary per year</li><li>End-of-Service Benefits as per UAE Labour Law</li></ul>Candidates who can join immediately and meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
