Required skills, knowledge, and experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training and experience in a similar field.</li><li>
2+ years of related work experience, preferably in HVAC equipment, controls or similar field.</li><li>
Moderate technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the manufacturers that serve the market.</li><li>
Understanding of the concepts of HVAC controls in new construction, renovation/retrofit project types, components, and systems with the ability to program and commission pre and post installation.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to comprehend, discuss, and apply new concepts in the HVAC industry.</li><li>
Education and experience within the construction and engineering industry, with specific experience dealing with construction drawings, specifications, construction schedules and processes is preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>
Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks.</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Demands:</b></p><ul><li>
Work is performed primarily in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.</li><li>
Travel to customer job sites may be required, which could include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other variable environmental conditions.</li><li>
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance.</li><li>
