 We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring that goods are stored safely, and maintaining accurate records of stock. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and store items in appropriate locations to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, product descriptions, and expiry dates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide data for stock replenishment decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle damaged or expired goods according to company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient supply chain management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring they are packaged securely and labeled correctly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the training of new staff in inventory management procedures.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or warehouse operations is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork skills.
 </li>

 Applies the safety guidelines including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment.
 </li>

 Carries out the work based on precise directives from their superiors.

 Prepares the tools, the materials, necessary for the building of the structure and the workspace.

 Makes procurements for the construction site if necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transports and stores equipment.

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receives clients' requests from the Client Relations department and assigns the suitable facilitator after checking their availability.</li><li>Requests session details from the Client Relations to provide the concerned departments with the required information. (E.g. number of participants &ndash; date &ndash; time &ndash; location).</li><li>Receive the Material Link from the Technical Team.</li><li>Communicate with the Purchasing team to provide the program's required Printing and Program Related Material.</li><li>Ensures with the storekeeper that all the materials are ready and well-revised regularly.</li><li>Revise the inventory balance with the storekeeper and submit the purchase order to the purchasing team to refill it.</li><li>Communicate with the concerned department to order the VA equipment related to training.</li><li>Arrange transportation related to programs after communicating with Facilitators and advising the Purchasing function to take action.</li><li>Ensure all logistics details are well communicated to Facilitators before the session.</li><li>Ensure that the percentage of facilitator fees does not exceed a specific limit. (Monthly report).</li><li>Prepare a monthly report on the capacity planning of facilitators, which forecasts their availability for the next three months.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a reputable university.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in a Logistical/Operational/Administrative role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Excellent English language speaking and writing skills.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.</li><li>Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment.</li><li>Planning &amp; Organizing.</li><li>Client-orientation.</li><li>Business Sense.</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Decision Making.</li><li>Communication &amp; Teamwork.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
