</p><p><b>B. Customer (Internal &amp; External):
</b></p><ul><li>Maintain relations with the project recipient for progress reporting and project evaluation.
</li><li>Assist the project managers in all project related matters (collection of data, liaison with project managers, preparation of relevant material and information)
</li><li>Assist in preparing training material and rolling out the training on the project management methodology
</li><li>Assist in conducting the training to Project Managers the usage of Project Management tools
</li><li>Support in the preparation of management information reports on all planned and ongoing projects
</li><li>Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.
</li><li>To assist customers in all their queries on Bank&rsquo;s product and seek solution to their requests.
</li><li>Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time.
</li><li>Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group&rsquo;s objectives.
</li><li>Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
</li></ul><p><b>C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):
</b></p><ul><li>Prepare and publish reports against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to successfully monitor and track the IT projects
</li><li>Assist in the maintenance of an inventory of projects and CAPEX spend incl. all related and necessary documentation and information
</li><li>Assist and support in the development of any new documentation, project control and reporting templates
</li><li>Participate and support in the set up and running of relevant project/ team meetings as and when required
</li><li>Coordinate between various departments within IT to ensure the progress of the ongoing projects.
</li><li>Effectively communicate relevant project/ practice information to superiors and peers.
</li><li>Report project progress and problems to management on a timely basis.
</li><li>Assist in the data gathering, validation and input for project and spend related information
</li><li>Serve as key participant in team and client meetings.
</li><li>Ensure protection and security of project information from any unauthorized access within the overall security policy of the Group.
</li></ul><p><b>D. Learning &amp; Knowledge:
</b></p><ul><li>Possess a basic understanding of Project Management theory and practice
</li><li>Identify areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development.
</li><li>Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities.
</li><li>Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field.</li></ul>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study), Masters preferred
</li><li>At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
</li><li>Certification in Project Management (PMI).
</li><li>Training courses and certification in systems technology, management and banking.</li></ul>
