We&rsquo;re Hiring: ICT Technician<ul><li>Install and test workstations (break/fix), fix performance issues, and diagnose/replace hardware-related problems.</li><li>Ensure workstations are functional (computer hardware peripherals/components) and communicate properly on the network.</li><li>Troubleshoot/report specific line of business program issues.</li><li>Be accountable for tracking and organization of physical hardware.</li><li>Be clean and organized within the IT department.</li><li>Provide support for the IT Department with multiple projects as required. Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.</li><li>Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)</li><li>Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.</li><li>Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in the ICT field ( UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication ability</li><li>Outstanding organizational and time-management skills</li><li>In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks</li><li>Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles</li></ul>Degree in Computer Science, engineering or a relevant fieldLocation: Abhu dhabiIf you&rsquo;re passionate about technology, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Please send your CV to hr@infocentertrd.comJob Type: Full-time
