 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical data centre projects on behalf of a leading engineering consultancy. The role requires end-to-end project leadership, stakeholder management, authority coordination, contractor oversight, and successful delivery of complex data centre facilities within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
 
 
 Your role

 Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data centre projects from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.

 Act as the primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and regular project status updates.

 Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.

 Coordinate with local authorities and obtain necessary approvals and permits.

 About You

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering[ Civil / Electrical.
 </li>
 <li>
 Construction Management or equivalent PMP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Center Experience [ at least 1 project is delivered in the last 5 years] Mandatory chartership or equivalent preferred. UPDA/MMUP Grade A in PM.
 </li>
 <li>
 15 - 20 years Minimum Experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership of complex building, infrastructure, mission-critical or data centre projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qatar delivery, stakeholder coordination; authority interfaces; contractor management; programme, risk, reporting and CLIENT-facing leadership.
