Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender/bid documents for construction and interior fit-out projects</li><li>Develop and submit material submittals, logs, and related documentation</li><li>Obtain and analyze comparative quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors</li><li>Review subcontractor proposals to ensure alignment with project scope and specifications</li><li>Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) and clarification requests for accurate pricing and scope coverage</li><li>Interpret drawings, specifications, and engineering documents to prepare BOQs, material lists, and tender documents</li><li>Conduct site visits and prepare reports based on site conditions</li><li>Coordinate with the design team to support initial drawings and concepts when required</li><li>Prepare method statements for BOQ items when needed</li><li>Identify and evaluate cost factors , including materials, labor, equipment, and production time</li><li>Analyze technical documents and data sheets to ensure complete and accurate estimation</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Estimation Manager / Project Manager</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of construction and interior fit-out materials, methods, and costing</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents</li><li>Expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering</li><li>Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in evaluating subcontractor quotations and technical proposals</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and estimation software</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in estimation (construction / interior fit-out)</li><li>Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors is an added advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
