The ELV (Extra Low Voltage) &amp; Telecom Tender Manager is responsible for managing the full tendering process for ELV &amp; Telecom systems&mdash;ensuring competitive, compliant, and highquality technical and commercial proposals. The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers &amp; internal departments to deliver winning bids, while optimizing costs and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.<div></div>

Lead the endtoend preparation, submission, and administration of ELV tenders.</li><li>

Ensure timely submission of all tenders in line with deadlines and client expectations.</li><li>

Obtain competitive quotes from vendors and negotiate pricing.</li><li>
Perform margin analysis and ensure profitability for each bid.</li></ul><div>
 3. CrossFunctional Coordination</div><ul><li>
Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, finance, Contracts and project management.</li><li>

 Candidate Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in estimation and quantity take-off
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry Experience: Main Contractor or Real Estate Developer (Towers &amp; Villas &ndash; Master Developments)
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills &amp; Knowledge:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge in entire procurement process
 </li>
 <li>
 Pre-contract cost estimation
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in reviewing Tender drawings and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 5-10 yrs Experience in UAE with Main Contractor / Real Estate developer as Estimator/ QS -Precontract
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Civil Engineering
 </li>
