About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Driver to operate heavy vehicles including trucks, trailers, lowbeds, tankers, and other commercial vehicles for transporting materials, equipment, or personnel to and from project sites.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate heavy vehicles such as dump trucks, flatbed trucks, lowbed trailers, water tankers, and fuel bowsers</li><li>Transport construction materials, heavy equipment, or personnel to designated sites safely and on time</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle including tires, brakes, lights, fluids, and couplings</li><li>Ensure loads are properly secured and within legal weight limits</li><li>Follow assigned routes and schedules as directed by transport supervisor</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety policies</li><li>Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery notes, and trip records</li><li>Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents immediately to supervisor</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required</li><li>Keep vehicle clean and in good working condition</li><li>Coordinate with site supervisors for safe entry and exit at project locations</li><li>Operate vehicles on unpaved roads, construction sites, or marine yards as required</li><li>Follow safety protocols including use of seatbelt, reversing alarms, and spotter assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
