   Manage the repair process for critical Instrument &amp; Metering equipment, including visits to local vendor workshops and warehouses.

   Ensure all certificates on spare parts scheduled to be used offshore (before stock shipment to offshore) are recorded in EDMS (by logistics) &ndash; as required.

   Ensure that new Spare Parts are referenced and attached to their equipment through the BOM in PALM

   Organize the team to verify compliance of technical specification and QA/QC requirement, management of non-conformity and associated dispute with the support of buyer in charge of order

   Ensure all direct reports set objectives for themselves; manage the performance of direct reports and provide regular feedback and give guidance on improvements where necessary. Ensure proper target setting and staff performance appraisals against assigned targets in line with NOC performance management guideline.

  <li>
   Act as Head of Electrical and Instrumentation on an interim basis as and when required.

   Anticipate obsolescence, launch the needed upgrade engineering and stock replenishment

   Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of all activities, improve equipment reliability and reduce operating.
  </li>

   Act as contract representative with ownership and cost management responsibility for key 3rd party operational support services.
  </li>

   Share and adopt best practices across the company, support and identify opportunities to enhance consistency and alignment between assets, where practicably possible.

   All staff must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required

 Education
 <p>
  B.Sc. / Engineering Degree or industry recognized technical qualifications supported by industry experience (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).
 </p>
 Experience
 <ul>

   Minimum of 10 years&rsquo; experience working in the oil and gas industry in a similar role with at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong leadership skills in a multi-cultural and highly technical specialized environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Thorough knowledge of cross discipline maintenance requirements, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and planning processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Versatile, resilient and able to interact effectively with direct reports, peers and Senior Management on a daily basis.
  </li>

   Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a large team.
