Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities

Oversee implementation of approved plans and strategies.

Direct budget preparation and expenditure control to ensure efficient use.

Review periodic performance reports, provide recommendations for improvement.

Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with Client objectives and recommend improvements.

Identify HR needs to secure required competencies.
Corporate Responsibilities
-
Manage departmental operations in compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
-
Ensure adherence to institutional excellence standards and risk management guidelines.
-
Prepare accurate and timely periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
-
Lead change management initiatives within the department.
-
Identify technical needs and adopt cost-effective, efficient solutions.
-
Study opportunities and adopt innovative ideas to improve departmental performance.

Proactively identify and enhance technical capabilities in line with work requirements.
HR Operations Responsibilities
-
Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely, accurate salary disbursement.
-
Handle employee leave requests, retirement, promotions, and other HR needs on time.
-
Supervise employee records, contracts, pensions, and documentation with government authorities.
-
Continuously develop recruitment, termination, and separation procedures at the Client level.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee records and data from hiring to retirement.

Evaluate compliance of HR policies and procedures with civil service guidelines.

Identify corrective measures for non-compliance cases.
-
Align departmental HR policies and procedures with Client-wide frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Happiness
-
Plan and implement employee engagement and happiness initiatives in line with Client directives.

Oversee engagement efforts, reports, and initiatives across departments.

Review and recommend initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development and well-being.
