Responsibilities
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee implementation of approved plans and strategies.

  • Administrative Responsibilities: Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with Client objectives and recommend improvements.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Identify HR needs to secure required competencies.
  • Corporate Responsibilities: Manage departmental operations in compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Corporate Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to institutional excellence standards and risk management guidelines.
  • Corporate Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Corporate Responsibilities: Lead change management initiatives within the department.
