Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Accounting to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in Internal Audit and MIS Reporting, with a focus on ensuring compliance and delivering meaningful insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements for clients, ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and perform audit procedures efficiently.
• Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and management information systems (MIS).
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive service delivery.

Requirements:

• CA Inter qualification; additional relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, internal audit, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to independently manage audit engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client and stakeholder interactions.

Pay: BD250.000 - BD350.000 per month
