Job Title: Senior Buyer

Reports To: Procurement Manager / Commercial Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the supply of materials, equipment, and logistic services in line with company requirements, quality standards, and budgetary controls. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per approved requirements.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service needs.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor consumption records and initiate the framework agreements.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance review.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with accounts for timely payments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in a buyer or procurement role.
- Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
