Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-focused Senior Client Relationship & Success Coordinator to manage international CRM accounts and ensure seamless delivery of IT services.

This role does not involve cold calling. You will work with existing clients, warm leads, and ongoing CRM accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and long-term value from our solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & CRM Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients utilizing our CRM and IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with B2B clients.
  • Assess client needs and align them with suitable CRM features and IT services.

Onboarding & Solution Implementation

  • Guide new clients through CRM onboarding, setup, and system integration.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and feature walkthroughs.
  • Deliver customized solutions aligned with client business objectives and technical requirements.

Support, Coordination & Optimization

  • Coordinate with internal IT and support teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Monitor service quality, ticket resolution, and overall system performance.
  • Recommend process improvements and additional CRM functionalities to enhance efficiency.

Growth, Retention & Reporting

  • Track client usage, satisfaction, and performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for service upgrades and value-based upselling (non-aggressive).
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, requirements, and technical details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or IT service workflows (strong advantage).
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
