Key Objectives

Provide ongoing support to the Strategy and PMO Office

Help manage key projects and stakeholders
-
Lead and manage
1–2 workstreams
on a daily basis

Support planning, execution, and reporting activities
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee assigned workstreams and daily activities
-
Coordinate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
-
Support project planning, tracking, and status reporting
-
Prepare clear and structured presentations, reports, and written materials
-
Provide ad-hoc support as needed
-
Support initiatives related to
Corporate Communications and Public Relations
-
Assist with basic program management activities (project structuring, execution tracking)
Mandatory Requirements
-
Minimum
3 years of professional experience
-
Prior experience in a
consulting environment
is strongly preferred
-
Ability to independently manage
1–2 workstreams
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Excellent consulting skills:
-
Strong PowerPoint skills
-
Good Excel proficiency
-
Clear and structured writing ability
-
Strong work ethic and ability to work onsite in a client-facing role
Preferred / Added Advantage

Program or project management knowledge

Experience using tools such as
MS Project
for planning and reporting

Awareness or experience in

Arabic language
