Senior D365 CRM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) Specialist to manage, implement, and support CRM solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for CRM support, system enhancements, and user adoption, ensuring the platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical CRM solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CRM users.
• Manage and maintain integrations with ERP, finance, marketing, and other business systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Support data migration, reporting, and system enhancements to improve overall CRM performance.
• Ensure CRM data governance, security roles, workflows, and dashboards are properly maintained.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing / Customer Insights modules.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data management.
• Basic understanding of Power BI, workflows, dashboards, and security roles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Project Operations or Azure services.
• Previous experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments is a plus.
