A Senior HR Manager with 10+ years of experience is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing full-spectrum HR functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires aligning human capital strategies with business goals, developing policies, and leading HR teams to foster engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Resolve complex employee issues, ensure legal compliance, and manage disciplinary matters.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, training, and career development.
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce company policies, including code of conduct and safety protocols.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 10+ years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
