Senior Manager - Management Consultant

  • Be an effective communicator, speaking to and interviewing employees and stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Consultants provide clients with advice and some business spheres, including corporate strategy, transformation, as well as innovation, and technological capabilities
  • Be numerical, able to analyze and interpret data, understanding the impact of data on an organization
  • Be confident in conducting quantitative research & qualitative research
  • Review and consolidate findings to then present to the client
  • Create and deliver proposals, presentations and written reports to key stakeholders
  • Define problems and conceptualize solutions or alternative practices for improving performance
  • Make recommendations for new systems, practices and procedures to be implemented
  • Advise the business or continue to work with the business to support the implementation of suggested and recommended activities to improve business performance
  • Effectively manage projects from inception to completion
  • Lead teams to secure positive outcomes for organizations
  • Administration. Resource mgt, Appraisal and Timesheet compliance for SL. Metric 100% completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and Professional certifications.
  • Experience as management consultant or a similar relevant consulting role within a consulting firm, Big 4 or corporate environment.
  • Ability to create and develop strong relationships
  • Able to rally teams behind a shared vision to achieve targets
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Capable of being creative and thinking of solutions 'outside the box'
  • Organized with strong business acumen
  • Can demonstrate project management experience of complex multiphase projects
  • Ability to deliver projects on-time and on budget
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player - Is willing and able to assist different team members on several tasks and demonstrates proactivity in doing so.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English language
  • Adaptable - Is able to ‘hit the ground running’ and rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances and changing allocations of tasks.
  • Researching skills- Identifies, documents and shares knowledge that might be useful to others.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
