Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a reputed construction and infrastructure firm. The ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects and strong expertise in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Manage pre-contract activities including cost planning, estimation, and tender evaluation
• Handle post-contract duties such as valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Review, negotiate, and manage subcontract agreements and payments
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction / infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices
• Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and relevant QS software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Salary:

• Salary will be discussed based on experience and interview performance

Preferred Candidates:

• UAE / GCC experience preferred
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
