Senior Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Manager – MEP

A reputable MEP contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior QS / Assistant Manager – MEP to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects.

The role will involve managing project costs, preparing and reviewing payment applications, monitoring cash flow and cost forecasts, handling variations and claims, and ensuring contractual compliance. The selected candidate will coordinate closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support the commercial performance of projects.

Responsibilities also include reviewing subcontractor payments, supervising quantity take-offs, managing material-on-site claims, preparing commercial reports for management, and assisting in the negotiation and closure of final accounts. The role will also provide guidance to QS team members and ensure proper commercial documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have strong experience in MEP contracting projects, good understanding of construction contracts, and the ability to manage project financial performance effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
