Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in property sales, client management, and market strategy. You will be responsible for leading complex transactions, mentoring junior agents, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-value property listings and client portfolios
• Lead negotiations and close complex residential and commercial transactions
• Provide strategic market insights and investment guidance to clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior agents in sales techniques and client service
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transactions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market
• Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing VIP clients
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property landscape and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE real estate license required
• Professional, proactive, and goal-oriented
