Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, and a hunger for success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential customers to generate leads, utilizing various methods, including calling, emails and networking.
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals tailored to customers' specific needs and requirements.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
• Generate weekly sales reports, detailing business activities and results, and work diligently to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure timely payment processing from customers, maintaining a seamless transaction process.
• Conduct prospecting calls to expand the customer base and explore new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain positive interactions with customers to foster lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Work actively to build a robust book of businesses, continuously expanding the customer portfolio.
• Demonstrate expertise in the logistics industry, specifically in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Freight, Courier Services, and International Freight Forwarding.
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market

· Starting from AED 5000
