Our client Q Tech Solutions (Private) Limited is looking for a Senior SEO Manager in Karachi

In this leadership position, the SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the needs of high-traffic websites and e-commerce platforms.

This includes conducting detailed content audits, performing keyword research, and optimizing site architecture for improved crawlability and user experience. The candidate must possess strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple SEO projects simultaneously, leveraging various tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to monitor success and identify opportunities for growth.

A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development fundamentals is essential to guide technical SEO improvements and collaborate effectively with web developers.

Additionally, experience in managing SEO within competitive markets, particularly in the UAE market, will be highly valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and improve website rankings.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10 SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure effective execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee on-page SEO activities, including optimizing content structure, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking to align with best practices.
  • Ensure technical SEO standards are met by collaborating closely with developers to improve site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and indexing issues.
  • Utilize advanced SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to monitor site performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics through Google Analytics and other analytic tools to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Perform content audits to assess quality, relevance, and SEO effectiveness, recommending content updates and strategy adjustments accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, content creation, and IT teams to integrate SEO best practices into all digital campaigns and website updates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry developments to ensure ongoing optimization and compliance.
  • Manage SEO efforts for high-traffic and e-commerce websites, focusing on enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with paid advertising teams to align SEO strategies with pay-per-click campaigns and other digital marketing activities for maximized reach and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to communicate progress and impact of SEO initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Address technical challenges by utilizing knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles to recommend improvements enhancing search engine indexing.
