Senior Social Media Marketer

As a Senior Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. You’ll lead a small team of marketers, collaborate with designers and content creators, and ensure our clients’ social media goals are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across all major platforms.
• Oversee daily management of social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Manage paid ad campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI.
• Create and review engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Supervise junior team members and provide mentorship and performance feedback.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and emerging best practices.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports and present performance insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid social campaigns and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Exceptional writing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must be available for on-site, full-time work.
