What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Supply Chain Process & System Development join our team at Supply Chain Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Understand the business’ expectations, and providing appropriate solution using best in-class technologies and techniques,
• Redesign the processes under his/her responsibility with a global approach and in alignment with Supply Chain strategies and targets,
• Assess and prioritize new business requirements (Change Requests) within the global organization considering IT effort, budget requirement and total benefit,
• Use alternative solutions such as “Statistical Modeling”, “AI”, “BI Tools” and “RPA” technology while developing the processes and systems,
• Lead global digitalization and digital transformation projects in coordination with IT teams and other stakeholders, including change management activities for successful integration,
• Lead the Benchmark and R&D activities together with business owners to sustain growth mindset,
• Be the first point of contact for internal and external parties, and representing Supply Chain Directorate,
• Lead and design “Learning & Development” activities across the global Supply Chain teams,
• Set and deploy the yearly targets for global Supply Chain organization, and frequently controlling the overall progress/completion ratio,
• Develop and execute global Supply Chain strategy aligned with the Beko Global growth targets.

The position is located in İstanbul, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required,
• A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Engineering Management is preferred,
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems is a must,
• Having experience in warehouse & logistics management is a plus,
• Previous experience in implementing supply chain systems is a plus,
• Having experience in project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, Lean, PRINCE2 etc. and using “Jira” is a plus,
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential,
• Demonstrates superior project management capabilities, including to-do list tracking, frequent reporting, compliance with the project time plan, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and effective communication with all levels.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive "can-do" attitude,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP TM/MM modules is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing data-driven visualizations (Qlik Sense usage is a plus),
• Actively monitors market trends and demonstrates a keen interest in exploring new technologies,
• Ability to think creatively and approach challenges with an innovative mindset,
• Open to learning new concepts and perspectives, fostering a culture of innovation,
• A dedicated team player with a self-motivated and initiative-driven approach,
• No restrictions for traveling (domestic and abroad).
