The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase the company’s online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance search rankings across major search engines. This role requires a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, analytics, and content optimization techniques to ensure consistent growth in organic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to achieve organic growth and improved SERP rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engine visibility.
- Manage and improve on-page, off-page, and technical SEO performance, including site architecture, internal linking, and crawl efficiency.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
- Perform regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support link-building strategies and outreach initiatives to enhance domain authority.
- Work closely with paid marketing teams to align SEO and SEM efforts for maximum ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or SaaS/technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with content marketing, link-building strategies, and keyword research tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, schema markup, mobile optimization, etc.).
- Basic understanding of PPC, social media marketing, and web analytics integration.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation.
