Server Moderator

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Server Moderator who can monitor our servers in real-time, ensure consistent uptime, and resolve any technical issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have experience managing hosting platforms and be familiar with email and DNS management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time monitoring and maintenance of server infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, website, and mail issues efficiently
• Maintain and manage hosting environments (DigitalOcean, GoDaddy)
• Administer Plesk, Cloudflare, and Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
• Ensure secure, scalable, and optimized server operations

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with DigitalOcean, GoDaddy, Plesk, and Cloudflare
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
• Strong troubleshooting and server management capabilities
• Ability to ensure server uptime, email deliverability, and domain configurations
