Position: Shift Manager

Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience (Shift Operations/Production within FMCG or Manufacturing industry)

Qualification: BSc. Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

Location: Rahim Yar Khan (Bachelor accomodation will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive manufacturing operations to achieve agreed shift targets.

-Plan and oversee making and packing operations on the shop floor.

-Receive and manage chemical and packaging materials.

-Organize and control labor (operators, technicians, and contract staff) in terms of numbers and skill deployment.

-Monitor material consumption and yield to reduce waste levels.

-Minimize material variance through optimal usage and accurate record-keeping.

-Supervise weekly and monthly stock counts and Fourth Shift transactions.

-Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental rules, including use of personal protective equipment.

-Drive autonomous maintenance activities and support implementation of best practices such as TPM and HACCP.

-Identify skill gaps and organize training for workers.

-Continuously identify areas for process improvement and development.

Requirements:

■ Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

■ Technically sound with a passion for engineering.
