Site Manager

Qualifications & Requirement

• With at least 2 years experience in construction industry preferably in glass partitions, interior fit out or joinery
• Completed technical related course
• Good Communication Skills
• With driver's license

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the specific project site as assigned by the Project Manager. Oversee and manage daily operations at site as assigned by the Project Manager
• Ensure good quality of Installation works. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
• Ensure compliance to program/plan per project
• Manage technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time . Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve any issues or challenges that arise
• Manage and maintain records, including daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of any incidents or accidents
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Implement and enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment

• Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• glazing: 2 years (Preferred)
• interior fit out: 2 years (Preferred)
• joinery: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
