Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing works
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health & Safety) regulations on site
• Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to management
• Ensure quality control and rectify any defects or non-conformities
• Check materials delivered to site for quality and quantity
• Maintain proper site records, daily reports, and attendance
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of site at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Civil / Interior / Construction (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes and materials
• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / reporting
• Knowledge of site safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, office, retail, or residential fit-out projects
• Familiar with Dubai authority approvals and site practices
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
