Site Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and hands-on experience in civil or building construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site works and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and submit them to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at the site.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing work completion reports.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimal productivity.
• Handle site-level issues and report any deviations or delays promptly.
• Assist in material requisition and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Support inspection activities and liaise with consultants for approvals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in building or infrastructure project supervision.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures.
• Ability to lead site workers and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) preferred.
• Valid UAE/GCC Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Hindi.
