Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor manages on-site construction activities, supervises workers and subcontractors, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and coordinates with project managers and engineers to deliver projects according to specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Enforce health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure construction work meets approved drawings and specifications.
• Report defects and oversee corrective actions.
• Monitor use of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and manpower allocation.
• Maintain daily site reports.
• Track project progress and delays.
• Record attendance and site activities.
• Communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,521.53 per month
