Site Supervisor (Civil& MEP)

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in both Civil and MEP works for interior fit-out projects. The Site Supervisor will manage the daily site operations, ensuring that all civil and MEP work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for civil and MEP works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
• Monitor project timelines and report daily/weekly progress.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle site inspections and prepare snag lists.
• Resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3years of experience in site supervision (civil + MEP), preferably in fit-out/interiors.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP).
• Familiar with local authority regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
• UAE driving license
• Knowledge of health & safety practices (HSE certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with LEED or sustainable construction.
