Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with a passion for storytelling and brand development.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, ensuring optimal performance through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and partners for public relations initiatives.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing efforts to drive sales through digital channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and technology.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of public relations strategies and relationship management.
  • Ability to create compelling content across various formats (text, video, photography).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills for web analytics interpretation.
