Social Media Content Creator (CPG Brands)

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday) at our Anaheim headquarters.

Nature’s Flavors owns and operates a growing portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands across wellness beverages, lifestyle products, and functional food.
We’re looking for a true content creator, someone who lives and breathes short-form video.

If you’re constantly studying trends, analyzing hooks, saving TikToks for inspiration, and thinking “I could make that better,” this role is for you!

You will spend most of your time:

• Concepting
• Filming
• Editing
• Publishing short-form videos

This role is built for someone who:

• Loves TikTok & Instagram Reels
• Understands hooks, pacing, and retention
• Knows how to adapt trends to brands
• Can produce high-volume short-form content
• Thinks in vertical video first

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form videos across multiple brands
• Develop trend-native, platform-specific content
• Optimize videos based on performance (views, retention, engagement)
• Support product launches and promotional pushes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on short-form content creation
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Proven account growth or high-performing content
• Ability to manage multiple brand voices
• Comfortable working in-office Monday–Friday
• Bachelor's Degree

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
