Overview

We are hiring a performance-focused Social Media Growth Manager responsible for driving waitlist signups, growing followers, and securing collaborations with wedding brands and creators.

This role focuses on growth, collaborations, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

• Develop weekly Reels strategy
• Drive traffic to waitlist
• Track engagement & optimize content

Collaborations & Partnerships

• Secure Reel collaborations with:
• Wedding pages (e.g., WeddingSutra-style brands)
• Wedding videographers & photographers
• Mehndi artists, planners, decorators
• Outreach to micro-influencers
• Build affiliate or feature partnerships

Paid Testing

• Run small Meta ad campaigns
• Optimize cost per waitlist signup

Community Engagement

• Engage with bridal communities
• Comment & DM potential brides
• Increase organic reach

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Instagram/TikTok growth
• Experience managing collaborations
• Strong influencer outreach skills
• Experience running paid social ads
• Video editing, post creation skills preferred
• Data-driven mindset
• Wedding/lifestyle niche experience preferred

KPIs

• Waitlist signups per week
• Follower growth rate
• Collaboration deals secured
• Cost per signup (if running ads)

Compensation (Pakistan – Part-Time)

PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
