Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules that maximize reach.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for discoverability on search engines and social platforms.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance; prepare reports that inform future initiatives.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews; foster strong relationship management to build a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, design, and sales to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or other platforms to increase visibility and conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to keep our social media approach fresh and effective.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management combined with content creation expertise across multiple platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Demonstrated ability in photography production for social media content; understanding of branding principles is essential.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools.
