Job Description
Softech Business Services is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing / Ads Campaigns Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing campaign performance, ensuring efficient budget utilization, generating quality leads, and contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and execute advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Ensure campaigns align with marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and target audience segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance including engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance and minimize budget wastage
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively
• Identify and resolve campaign issues or underperformance in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of links, WhatsApp integrations, and platform configurations before launch
• Respond to customer queries and comments on advertisements promptly
• Share qualified leads with relevant teams for conversion
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for content development and updates
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Maintain proper documentation and records of campaigns and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years proven experience.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Experience in budget management and audience targeting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of lead generation and conversion tracking
• Expertise on google analytics, google tag manager, facebook and tiktok pixels expert
• Command on google ads meta and tiktok etc.

Office Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM ( Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
