Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, assess their energy needs, and provide customized solar system proposals that meet both their budget and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate clients’ energy requirements and roof suitability.
  • Present and explain solar system designs, costs, and savings benefits to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure proper system design and installation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in solar or renewable energy sales (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical and electrical concepts related to solar systems.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
