The Solar Verification and Security Closing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of solar service agreements, contracts, and customer information. Daily responsibilities include verifying customer credentials, reviewing and processing documentation, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support throughout the closing process. Collaboration with the sales and technical teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance is also essential. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Documentation and verification skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle inquiries and provide seamless support
• Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple closing processes efficiently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
