Sports Program Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sports Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of taekwondo and sports-related programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, and a passion for sports development. The Sports Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring program quality, compliance, and participant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of taekwondo classes and sports programs.
• Liaise with instructors, coaches, and participants to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor program performance and prepare evaluation reports.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s sports and training regulations.
• Manage program logistics, resources, and facilities.
• Support promotional activities, events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Handle participant inquiries and provide guidance on program enrollment.
• Recommend improvements to enhance program quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in sports or fitness industries.
• Strong knowledge of martial arts or sports training standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
