Sr. Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and business growth, particularly within the [industry — e.g., IT services, recruitment, software, or relevant sector].

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, or HR) to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on business performance and pipeline status.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, or virtual meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
