Job Purpose
The position is responsible for driving the company’s talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies. This role will lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with Getz Pharma’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
The position is responsible for driving the achievement of the following key strategic priorities:
Talent Acquisition

Lead the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term goals. Develop and implement recruitment initiatives that attract top talent, with a focus on diverse candidate pools.

Oversee the full cycle of recruitment for key positions, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding, while promoting a positive candidate experience.

Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure all open positions are filled within the stipulated timeframes. This includes setting clear recruitment goals, optimizing processes, and driving accountability within the team.
Culture and Employee Engagement

Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that incorporates the following components: pulse surveys, annual engagement calendar (
developed in collaboration with other departments
), division-wise engagement plans, and collaborative industry partnerships.

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, improve morale, and strengthen the alignment between employees and organizational values.

Focus on creating programs that support wellness and professional growth, while regularly measuring engagement levels through feedback mechanisms.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

Develop and execute DEI strategies and initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Create and promote DEI training programs that raise awareness, build understanding, and embed inclusive practices in everyday business activities.

Enhance Getz Pharma's visibility on DEI platforms, and collaborate with organizations to benchmark best practices, adopting them as appropriate, in alignment with business priorities.

Track DEI metrics to monitor progress and measure the impact of DEI initiatives.
Employer Branding

Enhance Getz Pharma’s employer brand by building a compelling value proposition and promoting visibility on social media, universities, and key industry forums.

Oversee and elevate Getz Pharma’s employer brand on social media platforms and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) by developing engaging content that highlights the company culture, employee experiences, and DEI initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with HR business partners, divisional leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for talent, culture, and DEI initiatives.

Advise and consult with managers on employee hiring, development, engagement, and DEI-related issues, promoting a culture of accountability and inclusivity.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years
of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and DEI.

Proven track record of designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

Experience in building and executing employee engagement frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in digital platforms like LinkedIn for talent outreach and employer branding.
