Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Staff Officer / Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and coordinate key strategic and administrative activities. This role requires a resourceful individual with excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills who can work closely with the CEO and management team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and long-term initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Administration
- Act as the right hand to the CEO for all official, operational, and administrative matters.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, official correspondence, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Draft letters, internal memos, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely progress on all directives and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Operational Coordination & Oversight
- Supervise key projects and ensure their alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in developing operational frameworks and monitoring compliance with policies.
- Conduct research and compile strategic reports or summaries for executive decision-making.
- Ensure inter-departmental coordination and communication flow.
- Represent the CEO in meetings where required and ensure accurate reporting.
Leadership & Management Support
- Provide organizational discipline, structure, and protocol in day-to-day operations.
- Support HR and administration in policy enforcement and process improvements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and government or regulatory bodies when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management / Public Administration (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive support or coordination role.
- Candidates with an armed forces background will be given preference.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong documentation/reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
