The Restaurant Storekeeper manages the end-to-end flow of supplies by inspecting incoming deliveries for quality and organizing them using strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols. They are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and initiating orders to ensure the kitchen never runs out of essential ingredients. Beyond stock control, they monitor storage temperatures and hygiene standards to comply with food safety regulations and minimize costly wastage. Ultimately, they act as the bridge between vendors and the kitchen, ensuring that all departments have the tools and products needed for seamless daily operations. Relevant experience in restaurant or any supermarket is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD180.000 - BD250.000 per month
