About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic fresh graduate to join our team as a Strategic Accounts Specialist. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with our most important partners, including leading F&B groups and brands across the Middle East. You will drive business growth, lead key projects, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the experience for both merchants and end customers.

What You’ll Do

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with top strategic partners, engaging with key decision-makers and influencing senior executives.

• Business Growth: Support business strategy development and identify initiatives that drive growth while improving merchant and customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to allocate resources and achieve growth objectives.

• Key Project Implementation: Lead high-priority projects such as new brand expansions, single-brand marketing campaigns, and promotional events to deliver measurable results.

• Innovation & Collaboration: Explore new ideas and approaches for delivery operations with brand partners, combining insights from the local F&B industry with the value of online food delivery platforms.

What We Need From You

• Strong business sense and judgment, with an understanding of partner operating and cost structures. Internship experience or insights in F&B or the food delivery industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally to achieve shared goals.

• Strong learning ability, open mindset, and eagerness to explore new scenarios or business models to deliver results.

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic fluency is preferred. Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
