Job Title: Structural Engineer – High-Rise Building Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with extensive experience in design and supervision of high-rise buildings to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and project coordination, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve design and site issues.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, and other relevant authority regulations.
• Use advanced structural software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for design and modeling.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in structural design and supervision, with at least 5 years in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, BS, ACI, and Eurocodes.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with seismic and wind load design for tall buildings.
• UAE Society of Engineers membership is a plus.
• Professional certification (Chartered Engineer / PE / SE) preferred.
