The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, marketing, and overall management of the studio. This role involves driving business growth through effective advertising, handling bookings, maintaining the studio’s facilities, leading renovation projects, managing office administration, and executing digital marketing initiatives. The Studio Manager ensures a seamless experience for clients while maintaining a professional and creative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
- Studio Operations & Bookings:
- Advertise studio services to attract new clients and projects.
- Manage all studio booking inquiries, schedules, and client communications.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations and readiness for clients.
- Renovations & Facility Management:
- Plan and supervise renovation or maintenance projects for studio improvement.
- Maintain studio equipment, furniture, and infrastructure to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
- Office & Administrative Management:
- Oversee general office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and supply procurement for studio needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations.
- Marketing & Business Development:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Manage studio’s social media platforms, website content, and online presence.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design promotional materials.
- Build partnerships with photographers, event organizers, production houses, and agencies.
- Client Relations:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Address client feedback promptly and professionally.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead, guide, and motivate studio support staff and interns.
- Plan work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Financial Oversight:
- Prepare financial reports, booking summaries, and assist in revenue generation strategies.
- Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in studio management, office management, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a focus on branding and client engagement.
